Welcome to Virello. These Terms of Service govern the provision of legal services for enterprises, digital information products, and physical materials offered by Virello.

1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all engagements between Virello and its clients for the following offerings:

2. Legal Services for Enterprises

Legal services include corporate compliance, contract drafting, representation before authorities, and advisory sessions tailored to enterprise needs.

2.1 Reimbursement Policy for Services

Clients may request a reimbursement of funds for services if a formal notice is sent in writing within 14 days of agreement signing and prior to commencement of work. Approved requests shall be processed within 30 days via the original payment channel. Services may be rescheduled once without additional charge, provided notice is given at least 7 days before the agreed start date.

2.2 Non-Reimbursable Services

Certain bespoke or on-demand sessions, including urgent filings or representations scheduled at the client’s request, are non-reimbursable due to resources allocated in advance. This measure ensures availability of specialized personnel.

3. Digital Information Products

Digital products comprise templates, guides, and checklists delivered electronically.

3.1 Reimbursement Policy for Digital Products

If no download activity is recorded within 14 days of purchase, clients may request a reimbursement. Approved requests will be settled within 15 days. Once a download has been initiated, the product is deemed delivered and no reimbursement is available.

4. Physical Materials

Physical materials include printed guides, books, and other tangible items.

4.1 Delivery and interactions

All shipments are final once dispatched. If a defect is identified within 7 days of receipt, an interaction of the same item may be arranged at no extra cost. Reimbursement is not available for custom-printed materials due to production commitments.
